  1. Own a study plan and comply with it. This will help you to achieve your desired goals. 
  2.  Read ahead the lesson and topics so that you won’t left out. Make your own short notes by summarizing notes that focuses your mind. Use diagrammatic to represent wherever possible.
  3. Attend class, listen attentively to teachers/tutor and take down important notes everyday.
  4. Try attempting to answer difficult questions or topics. Discuss with your tutor and classmates for solutions and explanation.
  5. Take a 5 minutes break after every 30 minutes of study and a longer break after 3 hours of study.
  6. Practice more past exam questions and give your best shot on each question that you attempt.
  7. Refer back to the notes given by teachers or tutors.
  8. Breakfast choice should not be heavy. Eat just right. Overeat or too much sugar may caused aggravate anxiety. Breakfast like oatmeal, banana, sandwich and a cup of beverage is recommended.
  9. Relax and listen to music during your free time.
  10. Do not feel nervous during examination. Read and understand the questions carefully. Exam is just a way of verifying what you have learned.
  11. Plan your time well during examination. While reading the question, write down the pointers of your answer.
  12. Get enough sleep. Good sleep will give you a healthy mind.
